BrisaBar at Campus Martius is Open for The Summer

VibesDetroit visited Brisa Bar (formally The Fountain) an urban beach in the heart of Downtown Detroit for opening weekend. Read the details below:

Ambiance

The BrisaBar is a seasonal open air restaurant, full service bar, and urban beach located inside of Campus Martius Park in Downtown Detroit. This vibrant and lively spot is perfect for outdoor dining day or night. This year there's a separate free standing bar area which includes bar seating to cut down on the congestion at the restaurant concession area.

Enjoy your meal or a frozen drink at one of the covered patio tables or stick your toes in the sand while enjoying your meal at the Urban Beach Area. This space is family friendly and a perfect place for children to relax and play in the sand under the summer sun in Downtown Detroit. The beach area and patio include sand toys and games to keep the fun going. BrisaBar is also available for booking special events.

Planning Your Trip

BrisaBar is open at 11a-10p Monday-Thursday

Fridays & Saturdays: 11a-11p

Sundays: 12p-9p

Make sure to dress for the weather and bring sunscreen especially if lounging in the beach area. Dogs are allowed on the patio areas if leashed and are not allowed on the sand in the urban beach area.

Free admission into the bar area, the menu mostly ranges from $10-$15 with cocktails and slushies being roughly $12

Good For

This is a great spot for relaxing, working from home, and outdoor dining with friends or family.
