A Weekend of Warm Weather + Luxe Brunch In Oakland County

This weekend I took full advantage of the 80 degree weather and visited two luxury brunch restaurants in the Metro Detroit Area:

• Saturday I went on an all day date with my boyfriend starting with Brunch at:

Madam

298 S Old Woodward Ave, Birmingham, MI 48009

Located in the Newly Opened Daxton Hotel in Downtown Birmingham.

Madam does two things really well: interior decor and picturesque brunch!

This venue specializes in Fine American Cuisine and has a Modern and Luxe yet Feminine ambiance. I really loved the bar design and the booths were super comfy.

The service was amazing!!!

Favorite Brunch Dish: Hanger Steak + Farm Eggs

• Sunday I attended A Black Women in Business Networking Brunch at:

Imaginate Restaurant

401 S Lafayette Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48067

Located in Downtown Royal Oak.

Imaginate is a black owned restaurant offering an extensive Brunch Buffet every Sunday Only.

Combining luxury with a lounge ambiance Sunday Brunch includes a live DJ and a Magician that keeps the party going!

I loved the overall decor of the restaurant and Covid compliant brunch which allowed you an option of masking up before entering the buffet area.

Favorite Brunch Dish: Thai Salmon
